1. General

“Simracing Garage” EOOD, EIK 207531807, with registered office and management address: city of Varna, 23 “Lerin” street, represented by Kiril Stoyanov Stoyanov (hereinafter ” Simracing Garage “ ), is the controller of personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Law on the Protection of personal data.

Simracing Garage respects the privacy of individuals and representatives of legal entities using its services, protecting their personal data to the maximum extent during processing.

The personal data protection policy of Simracing Garage has been prepared and is based on the Bulgarian and European legislation in the field of personal data protection, and all its amendments and additions to the document will be published on the website simgarage.bg.

Simracing Garage collects and processes the following personal data when using the contact form, e-shop, registering a user profile, performing security video surveillance in its facilities, subscribing to an electronic bulletin (newsletter) and using the website simgarage.bg:

Simracing Garage collects your personal data for the purpose of:

2. Identification of the author of the message and conducting full correspondence and addressing a reply to the author of the message;
3. User profile registration of users of the services offered by Simracing Garage;
4. Carrying out security video surveillance in the sites of Simracing Garage EOOD;
5. Sale and delivery of purchased packages and goods from an electronic store;
6. Sending an electronic bulletin (newsletter) containing information about current publications, promotions and offers.

The personal data collected in the register are collected from the person only after the person has given voluntary and informed consent. Simracing Garage does not use personal data for purposes other than those specified, and does not perform automated decision-making or profiling.

When processing your personal data, Simracing Garage observes the following principles:

• Relevance to the purposes of the processing and minimization of the data collected;
• Limitation of storage for a minimum period in order to achieve the objectives;
• Express consent of the data subject to data processing;
• Integrity and confidentiality of processing and ensuring an appropriate level of security of personal data.

1. Transfer of personal data to third parties.

Collected personal data may be provided to our partners when this is necessary to provide the services of Simracing Garage: in connection with the maintenance of the information systems of the website; when accounting for orders and services; when offering and performing services; when making a payment through an external payment service provider; when providing delivery data to a forwarding company; when processing the personal data of individuals on behalf of Simracing Garage by our partners such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.

We comply with the condition that the relevant information can only be used within the limits set by the legal basis on which it is collected or by your personal consent in relation to the processing carried out on behalf of Simracing Garage, and that this information is confidential. VII. User profile registration

A prerequisite for using the services provided by Simracing Garage is the registration of a user profile with three names, an up-to-date phone and email, address and date of birth. Video surveillance by security cameras is carried out on the territory of the Simracing Garage sites to ensure the safety of persons and equipment.

1. E- shop

The e-shop enables you to easily and conveniently purchase packages for the use of racing simulators or goods to be delivered to an address specified by you. Orders are placed after registering a user profile on the website. By accepting the General Terms and placing an order, a contractual relationship is created, which is the basis for processing personal data necessary for the performance of the contract according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – name and surname, e-mail address, telephone, delivery address.

1. Electronic newsletter​

With our electronic newsletter, we regularly inform you about current informational publications, promotions and offers related to the activities of Simracing Garage. If you wish to receive the e-newsletter, we will need your valid e-mail address. When registering for our newsletter, we use a double opt-in procedure. This means that after registration, we send you a message with a link to the indicated email address, in which we ask you to confirm that you wish to receive a newsletter. If you do not confirm your registration on the relevant link within 2 weeks, you will not receive an electronic newsletter, and the collected personal data will be deleted automatically after one month. In addition, we store in each case the IP addresses used and the time of login and confirmation. The purpose of the procedure is to be able to prove your registration and where necessary to clarify any potential misuse of your personal data. As a subscriber to the electronic newsletter, you can at any time withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data from your e-mail address for sending the newsletter. Consent can be revoked through a link provided for this purpose in the content of the e-newsletter itself or by sending an e-mail with the title “unsubscribe from e-newsletter” to the e-mail address info@simgarage.bg .

New technologies enable us to customize our website for each individual user. Cookies are text files containing information that allows the identification of returning users. XII. Your rights in the collection, processing and storage of your personal data.

1. Right of access – With a written application, you can receive information about the type of personal data provided and the purpose of their processing. The application can be submitted in person at the specified contact address, by mail or at the email address info@simgarage.bg under the conditions of the Law on electronic document and electronic authentication services, the Law on electronic management and the Law on electronic identification. Your application must contain three names, social security number, contact address, description of the specific request and preferred form of receiving information when exercising your rights, signature and date of submission of the application.
2. Right to rectification – You have the right to request that the same be rectified in case you discover any errors or inconsistencies.
3. Right to erasure (the right to be forgotten) – if the conditions of Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – after access to your personal data has been granted, you may request that we remove any records of your personal information without the possibility of further processing.
4. Right to object – In relation to data that is processed on the basis of “legitimate interest”, you have the right at any time and on grounds related to your particular situation to object to the processing in accordance with the procedure for obtaining access to personal data. In the event of receiving such an objection, Simracing Garage undertakes to consider your objection and, within 30 calendar days from its receipt, to inform you of the result of the internal inspection. If the objection made is justified, we will stop processing your personal data and remove any records of your personal information without the possibility of further processing.
5. Right to restriction of processing – In the presence of the circumstances under Art. 18 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you can request Simracing Garage to limit (stop) the processing of your data. Such cases are the need to check the accuracy of the data, the basis for the processing or the legality of their processing.

Right to appeal – In the event that you consider that your data is being processed unlawfully by the controller, you have the right to appeal to the Commission for the Protection of Personal Data, which is the supervisory authority responsible for the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Data Protection Act of personal data.
